I had my entire system serviced by Jeff V. and he did an excellent job with my annual inspection and maintenance. He was extremely professional and thorough and I feel very confident in my PER MAR Security System!
I recently had the new residential security system installed by Per Mar. Jeff V. did a great job installing it AND explaining to me how to operate it given I sometimes become intimidated when dealing with electronics. We had several good chuckles about me and my relationship with the new system which was most appreciated!!! Thank you, Jeff!!!
PerMar has always been there when we have needed assistance. Had a fire panel reset issue and our account Rep Tod helped and the service department dispatched Justin B. He was onsite quick and helped troubleshoot and fix the problem.
Mike has been exceptional to work with and is very knowledgeable when it comes to our fob system.
Ryan W did a professional job and solved the issue quickly.
