We just finished installation of our new system. Josh was great to work with on the install and helped set up all the cameras. Tom was a great resource every step of the way as well. The company was great to work with every step of the way and dealt with any issues immediately. Would recommend to anyone.
The Per Mar team service is top-notch. The technician Bill S came to help clear our electrical panel and troubleshoot and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
Had Mike come out to fix a problem with the security camera and it turned out to be quit the production to get it fixed. Mike keep checking on different things to get it to work and finally came up with the right solution he did not give up. Then the panels quite working so he had to figure all this out to get reconnected. He was here almost 4 hours. He is very knowledgeable and will work on things until they are resolved. The company is also very helpful.
Mike arrived on time, answered my questions, and solved the problem quickly.
