I usually don't leave reviews for contractors, but, in this case, I felt like I had to. Dan, and his crew, we incredily great to work with! They communicated every step of the way, they got the work done on time (even in freezing weather), they cleaned everything up, and they were all very friendly and accommodating. My neighbors even commented on how nice everyone was. The quote was more than fair (and less than all of the competition in this area) and there were no surprise charges for anything. We met with Dan today for an evaluation of our roof because of water marks on our ceilings. Dan was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He assured us our roof was in good condition and did not need to be replaced. He offered suggestions to correct our moisture issues , things we can do ourselves.
