Basically told us we didn't have an ant problem. Gave a 30 second courtesy spray in one spot around the outside. Said wait 5 days and call if they're not gone. Well they were not gone. Called again, took the a few days to get back to me. Made an appt then the guy called and said he was sick, re-scheduled for the next day but he no-showed. Calling a different company to get the job done. These guys are the pests.
First impressions are sooooo important!! My Builder(Amos Johnson) for the new office renovation uncovered a nest of Carpenter ants today while placing new windows and Armor was his contact for such instances. I called and left a message including my address and Cody(I think) was there representing their company in full effect! I left to attend to another matter and by the time I returned this crisis was averted!!!! Did I mention they were there within 25 minutes!!! Holy Crap!
