Had a mini split put in with heater and ac. The heater did not work and then the ac went out within the first 4 months. We've called over and over and we're always told he would come take a look but still has not. The system is still under warranty too! I guess we will have to file a civil suit to get the $4,500 we spent on the system back.

Jamie Mendez is a very dishonest person . He is a liar and a cheat. I can’t believe this man is still in business. I am a contractor and took him at his word. I built 1400.00 in ductwork and he never picked it up. He never answered my phone calls and he has now blocked my phone number. I am sure at this point he is on a cash only account at supply houses. Contractors , supply houses beware Jamie Mendez does not pay his bills. I have contacted the better business bureau in midland tx and they have a long list of bad reviews. ... read more
He is definitely not a man of his word. He always has an excuse for never arriving. Issue has been on going since late May and AHS continues to wait on him as well. I've already contacted BBB on both company's and my attorney as well. God is good and owner Jaime of Armor Heating & Air will have to answer to him one day for taking advantage of so many. Dios lo Bendiga.
Jaime is horrible. He is a liar and thief!! He is dishonest and not trust worthy. He showed up at our house to asses our AC 4 days after our home warranty people assigned him to our case. He collected $60 from us and stated that he would come back to install our unit in 2 days. 16 days later he called me at 7:17 am and stated that his tech was on his way.
