These guys were very helpful when we purchased our new house we bought all our windows there and we are very very happy with the windows and of course Mr. Bruce Smith, who's the master Craft and Carpenter who installed the windows for us thanks guys
Poor customer service! Called a couple weeks ago to get replacement bottom sweeps for my exterior doors to replace before the winter sets in. The employee on the phone said he would check with supplier and get back to me. Made sure he had my contact info (because he didn’t ask and was ready to hang up) and I still have not heard back nearly a month later!
