I love this gym. Awesome coaches, superb programming, and a wonderful inclusive community. They really tailor the movements to your ability. This gym helped me get into the best shape of my life. I also like they're flexible with kids/dogs - I think this gives many parents the freedom to work out without having to leave their little ones at home. Highly recommend.

I have been to multiple CrossFit gym and other gyms in the area, and this is highest quality one by far. Owners are involved and are experienced coaches. Case in point, on day one the owner diagnose an issue that I was having with my form for one of the Olympic, weightlifting movements, which another gym in the areas coaches hadn't noticed for seven months, and had led to an injury. I have always wanted to lift weights! When I was kid I really love Penny Price, she is a body builder but she still looked feminine. Besides using machine for the last year. I never lifted weights before! I started about a week ago. It is soo much fun 😁 Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The coachs and other patrons are extremely helpful and I need all the help I can get because I haven't a clue what I am doing! I have to learn the lifting vocabulary...I look forward to learning and getting stronger!!
