Armor Athletic is an amazing place to work out. The coaches and the owner, Mr. Joe, are incredibly kind and supportive. They guide you step by step through each workout, which really helps you improve with confidence. I have been going there for almost a year, and it has been a wonderful experience. I love this gym. Awesome coaches, superb programming, and a wonderful inclusive community. They really tailor the movements to your ability. This gym helped me get into the best shape of my life. I also like they're flexible with kids/dogs - I think this gives many parents the freedom to work out without having to leave their little ones at home. Highly recommend.
