Very thorough in finding the problem. Explains cost up front. Very courteous.
In the end- we were taken care of, but it was a journey. Our fan would not shut off. 1st guy came in and replaced one part ( had to leave and get a part- took almost 90 mins), he put it in and them said the blower motor was also blown and that was out of stock and needed to be ordered. Asked for another tech to come take a look as well. A couple days later a different tech came in and said the motor was fine it was a part for the unit for defrosting and that part needed to be ordered, uhg. Joseph was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very personal and polite with casual and professional conversation. I would very much want him to come out if I have another plumbing problem. This is the type of employee that every company needs on their staff.
Finished up very quick and did a great job explaining everything, including all the different options.
Joey did everything humanly possible to help me out. And we discovered it was a bigger problem then we had thought initially. He was very cordial and respectful of me and my situation, he was just a super person to deal with
