Joseph did an excellent job checking the water heater and inspecting the plumbing in the whole house. He was professional, friendly and explained everything clearly. I am definitely continuing to use this service in the future. I signed up for the annual membership today.
They gave me a time to come out between 8 am and 10 am and messaged me right around 7:35 am they were on their way. I appreciate when people are on time. Joseph was the serviceman and was very polite. I had them flush my hot water heaters out. He let them drain for around 30 minutes each. One he got sediment out of and the other one has some rusty water come out but no sediment. Overall he was polite and they came out on time as they stated.
Been using Armor Air since I bought my house in January and have had nothing but amazing service. Steve is always so kind, smart and helpful!
