The nurses & caregivers that came to my home are friendly, compassionate & professional. The office & owners I cannot say the same. A nurse that had been visiting me for a year & a half or more suddenly stopped & a new nurse started visiting. No explanation, no notice, nothing. Sad the owners don't realize the clients get used to an individual & would like a heads up or notice or some explanation.
