Amazing little gym in La Jolla that is filled with small, effective classes. It’s filled with women of all ages who are strong and WELCOMING. Love this spot! They also have a reformer and cadillac and the owner has 20+ years of teaching classical pilates.
I just took Armone's classical.pilates class for the first time. She was phenomenal! All the ladies in the class were really warm and welcoming too!
Great place, very friendly environment. I go for pilates. The equipment is good The studio is clean. The teachers are all very enthusiastic.
