Had an emergency issue from a crack on the outside hose connection inside the wall on Sunday afternoon. Jordan at Armitage answered the phone, was very polite and helpful and told me she would be contacting her on call tech. I sent some pictures of the issue. She let me know within 15 minutes that a tech would be here in 30-45 minutes and he arrived with everything he needed.
