My father lived in Armstead Gardens for many years and it is a great place for seniors and to raise a family. It’s a wonderful community with its own school and several churches. The office is great ! Very professional staff and the management is top notch. I can’t say enough great things about the people who work there. They are very friendly and helpful accommodating your needs.
Lived here my hole life well my family have great rent when I have issues with my house they get it done most of the time that day. Very nice group of people they treat my aunt and my mom very well they very considerate towards the elderly
I cannot even begin to tell you what a horrible crooked place to live. I do not think anyone in that office has ever made an actual legitimate transaction in their life. I moved into the "Gardens" in March of 2006, and lived there for 16 years. From the office management to the maintenance department I honestly can't say which area was the worst.
