Armin recently helped us with a pre-construction purchase. He was attentive and responsive throughout the whole process. During the signing with the builder, Armin made sure to look over the documents first to ensure what we were signing was accurate. He also reminded us to sign up with Tarion, as there was a strict 45 day window to register our deposit. Armin's a great agent to deal with. Very professional!
