Worst experience I’ve had with a medical office. I’ve been trying to get a prior authorization for my medication for almost four months and still haven’t received it. I’ve had to contact my insurance company multiple times to follow up, and each time they tell me the paperwork submitted by the doctor’s office is incomplete. I’ve also called the office several times, but nothing has been resolved. This has been extremely frustrating and has delayed my treatment. I wish I could give zero stars.
