Very disappointing experience. I scheduled this appointment for medication refills and blood work, but neither was completed. The visit felt rushed, and I was told I needed to schedule another appointment for issues that should have been handled during the original visit. The nurse practitioner was dismissive and unwilling to continue a medication and quantity that had been previously prescribed by other providers. Always a good experience. Dr. Shiva and NP Minh are caring and kind. Our most recent visit with Minh went above and beyond. It makes me feel safe and excited to plan for annual checkups.
I am tempted to gatekeep my doctor... that's how relieved and taken care of I feel in comparison to previous experiences with medical professionals. I didn't have to fight to feel heard and taken seriously. I never knew how much was missing from my previous doctors until I went here.
Staff is organized and helpful. Appointments are very convenient and I don't have to wait weeks just to see my primary doctor. Overall, great service and care.
Been coming here for years-always a great experience with caring and well qualified doctors & nurses.
