Difficult to get someone on the phone. They want you to use their app for ALL communication and it doesn’t work. It took over a week to refill a medication. The staff was not returning my phone calls. The pharmacy told me the Thrive was not responding to their messages. I went to the office for help only to be told I needed to call my insurance to ask if prior authorization was needed.
