When I say our property manager is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! I mean just that. Kimberly at Orchard Club in Elkridge is the most kind hearted person. Kimberly goes above and beyond for her residents. Snow storms, she’s out there with her crew, building fire, she’s making sure every tenant is safe, feed and is taking care of and if a resident has a flat tire she’s out there getting her hands greasy helping them.
