If I could give less i would. Complaint lodged last year, regarding the treatment of my partner in this "hospital", no response to date, she passed 6mths later....
This place is an absolute disaster get told to turn up to the day surgery clinic by 8am then they can’t even find me in the system finally when they do I get told we won’t be able to anything until the afternoon then eventually to be told at 2pm we are unable to do your surgery here what a joke Only 3 hour drive each way to find that out
I would suggest that all nurses go back to nursing school and learn how to put a canula in. Not one nurse seemed to be able to do it. Pushing it with such force that their shaking is disgraceful. Patients hands and arms were black and blue. Patient had great prominent veins by the way. The trauma caused by such force and incapability is disgusting. Took such a toll on the patient. How on earth do these people graduate from nursing school. And please aspirate before giving any kind of injection. Also men and women should not ... read more
