Edit: I have been contacted by Sam who sought to remediate the issue. This review will be updated to reflect the outcome I was initially a big fan of Sam and his team, but after my experience with new Stihl battery powered products and warranty claims I am gobsmacked. I bought a collection of battery powered outdoor products (mower, whipper snipper, polesaw, brushcutter, chainsaw). The brushcutter (FSA135) was top of the line and priced to match. I have always found Sam and his team very helpful and very knowledgeable and extremely good to deal with .The prices are always very competitive and Sam and his team have always fixed my saws in a timely manner to keep me going, wouldn’t go any were else.
Brought a Stihl chainsaw chain from Armidale mower & chainsaws, very rude and expensive. I suggest other customers call Tamworth small engines, the same chain was $20 dollars cheaper and friendly staff.
