I just purchased an electric Truyard chipper/shredder from this business. My initial inquiry prior to the purchase was dealt with by Scott who demonstrated good product knowledge and a very positive and helpful manner. Edit: I have been contacted by Sam who sought to remediate the issue. This review will be updated to reflect the outcome I was initially a big fan of Sam and his team, but after my experience with new Stihl battery powered products and warranty claims I am gobsmacked. I bought a collection of battery powered outdoor products (mower, whipper snipper, polesaw, brushcutter, chainsaw). The brushcutter (FSA135) was top of the line and priced to match.
