Don't use this company ever!! Got 2 air-conditioning units installed. One didn't work immediately, the second broke a year later. Both installation issues. Apparently the old people have left and who ever is there now is useless. Meant to order a part and fix under warranty and just ignored the manufacturer attempts to contact also completely ghosted me. Very difficult to get in contact with as they don't return phone calls, message bank is usually full so can't leave a message and they don't reply to emails. Try elsewhere.

Have been trying to get them to come fix our aircon for nearly a year now with no luck. Now they ignore our emails when I try to get updates. Very unprofessional!
