I love my OBGYN I left my previous one due to unprofessional staff members, they make you feel welcomed EVERY time you’re there! They checked on me because I missed a appointment !! How sweet and amazing !!! �
I was seen by Dr. Moreno for my last 2 back to back pregnancies. For my first pregnancy the receptionist was very rude on the phone and in person. But as time went by she seemed to change and eventually I was able to get along with her. Every MA in the back was great from day one, I have no complaints whatsoever. Dr. Moreno was awesome very knowledgeable and would answer all my question. The one and only thing I disliked was the amount of time I would have to wait in a room to see her. I've. Been seeing Dr. Moreno for about 4 years now and I loved her as a doctor she delivered both of my kids and I had my annual check ups with her but I will NEVER go back to deal with her stupid rude receptionist ever again...I've been a patient for so long I've seen receptionist come and go all the time but I was turned away because I had my kids.
