I’ve been renting a home through ARMI for the past eight years, and it’s been a great experience. The house is over 100 years old, so naturally, there have been some maintenance needs over the years—things like a fallen tree, a replaced drain pipe, air conditioning issues, and occasional plumbing and electrical repairs. I wish I could leave negative stars. Avoid this business at all costs- it is not a serious business, it does not employ serious people and it’s just a disaster to deal with these people. My wife and I are property owners. Our management company was bought out by Armi and our experience with Armi was nothing short of terrible. These people DO NOT do their job, they DO NOT do their scheduled follow ups and inspections and most of all, they have 0 communication skills. We rented a unit from ARMI for 6 years. We moved out in July of '22 and like all the other reviews we did not receive our full security deposit back. We left the unit vacant for 2 months prior to our official move out date. During that time frame we had the unit professionally cleaned, had the carpet cleaned, and the unit professionally painted. The carpet in the unit had not been replaced for a minimum of 10 years. After we moved out we got deducted a charge of over $350 for a "pet smell" in the unit. This is an absurd char... read more
