Great Pizza Place Something for everyone here, tables are not so close to each other that you have to hear what is going on at the other table. I have never had a bad meal or service here. I use them often for my catering too. One phone call and the owner takes care of it all.
Great Variety Tom B. If you were posting for the right restuarant you would know that Lisa is not the owners wife. I love going to armetta's b/c there is so much variety to choose from.
My Favorite Pizza Some say that there's no such thing thing as bad pizza. That may be true, but Armetta's acheives the rank of excellent pizza. The crust is a perfect blend of crisp and doughy. Unlike chain pizzeria's, the sauce isn't sickening sweet and the cheese isn't cheap american. The restaurant itself is spacious enough for parties yet there are enough nooks for an intimate dinner. Owner lacks finesse with customers We brought a large party there for a special occasion. The waitress (the owner's daughter) was extremely rude. When we told the owner, after we ate and paid the bill, she came to us and told us we were mean to her daughter!! After she got our money!!! She is unprofessional, and isn't interested in keeping her customers. The food is fair, but not great. Clarks Summit is full of good places to eat where the customer matters.
Its Ok I know there are a lot of people that enjoy there pizza but I didnt personally care for it and we are big pizza eaters. There are places taht we really like and some of them are just OK and this place is one of those that are just Ok PROS: food might be goood but pizza is ok CONS: not my favorite
owner lacks finesse Agree, when the two oners were together, the husband always went out of his way to say hello. Even as he was spinning pizza. She on the other hand, takes the patronage for granted. Rarely acknowledges her best and most frequent customers. Lisa, be more like your father!!!
