My honest and concerned review: Dr. Armesto, my cornea specialist, is wonderful. I've been with him for 20+ years. This practice used to be THE place to go for care. The current office staff has been friendly and caring, but unfortunately there continues to be significant staff turnovers since OCLI took over. The staff is often frustrated and in survival mode, and I have had a few issues with new/under-trained staff the past 2-3 years. Dr. Krulewski will sometimes answer your questions while being halfway in the hallway onto his next dismissive appt. Expect the medical assistant to mutter complaints and curse words under her breath, because how dare a patient ask questions! Go somewhere else with your health and business. This office should learn something about bedside manner, considering you are a medical office- crazy thought! And Thomas, get off your pedestal.
Well I will never go back!. I had an appt Monday and was seen for diabetes and a refraction for glasses which I was told would be covered as long as I was there for other health reasons and not just a refraction for glasses, otherwise is $50.00. I get there, taken back and girl says this will be $50.00 and I told her no that I was told different by 2 other girls so she left, came back and said ok. Took my 100/year old dad today because his eyes were aching and tearing. The women at the front desk were very pleasant, as was the tech, Sky, who performed initial testing. That is where is stops. The dr assistant was extremely rude and has no business dealing with the public. She definitely seems burnt out. Dr Krulewski examined my dad and curtly gave his diagnosis with recommendations.
