Staff is VERY rude. The Front desk lady that checked my boyfriend in seemed confused and talked in circles. When we finally got back to a room the doctor was nice enough but seemed to side eye me when I asked a question. The woman that was typing for him was BEYOND rude. She said things like “if we don’t get your eyes dilated we have to do it again in 20 minutes and I don’t think you want to be here all night!” When my boyfriend asked if he would be able to drive she snapped back with “this effects your near site so if you d... read more
I will never come back to this place. They were so rude they make you feel like you call for no reason. Just had cataract surgery and something didn’t feel right called in and the doctor himself said you couldn’t wait till we opened. Like really I’m sorry I am new to this surgery and wasn’t sure if this was an emergency or not and that is how you talk to Me. Their bed side manor is horrible there wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
