Bobby and Kyrek are the best techs I’ve ever had work on an AC. We purchased a new ac for them to install and they were very professional, and respectful of our property. Every issue they ran into was quickly solved. The best and worst part of this experience was the unit came from factory with a defect. (No fault of the installation company) They were able to get a replacement same day and they stayed until the job was done at 9pm. Initially was for checking my A/C as I thought it was making a noise. They checked out and ensured my A/C was fine. Mentioned that my spout in the tub was broken. He checked it out and was able to get it replaced. Great communication from a request, to a confirmation, to informing they are in route and finally their service! Great team they have there!!

Bobby and Kyrek were amazing! Bobby did the original inspection for my new AC unit. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and also with explaining what needed to be done and why. They arrived in the early afternoon to start taking out the old unit and make sure everything was ready to go when the new unit arrived. They were very mindful of any drywall dust and other dirt they may have brought into the house and cleaned everything after. The whole process took about 5 hours. Absolutely wonderful. KC and KY were professional and believe it or not put a real effort into troubleshooting the leak that was present in my system. Other companies I had out simply wanted to replace the unit. They worked late into the evening to make sure I had a running system before leaving. They even found other issues that they repaired outside of the leak problem. Goes to show honest work and not just a "fix the one problem and get out" mentality.
