Was arrogant, condescending and rude. Misdiagnosed an injury and after changing doctors at TOCA found out he never read my MRI. 3 months after my injury I was having surgery, he said to me in his office “I can’t even see the fracture on your X-ray, I had to look twice.” During my surgery they had to remove that bone because it never fused and was just hanging there. He’s a horrific man, and I’m in the medical field. He has no respect for the hypocratic oath, and should no longer practice
Doesn’t listen. Spends less than 5 minutes with patient. His aide is even worse. He refers all paperwork, such as work status forms so you can go back to work with appropriate accommodations, and she refuses to fill them out. I’m on the verge of losing my job becuse this woman won’t put won’t to paper for even 30 seconds. Unprofessional. Doesn’t care about patients as long as they get paid.
I went to see Dr. Armendariz after I had been experiencing bruising and swelling in my foot for a few months. The pain had gradually gotten worse until I was no longer able to walk on the foot. I saw him twice, got two different diagnoses (one obviously very wrong) and was given no information on how to heal the injury. He then had his office staff (not a nurse and not himself) Call to give me more information. I have now found a new doctor and will never return to his office.
Misdiagnosed foot problem that had already been diagnosed by another orthopedic surgeon, not the reason for appointment. Curt, rude, impatient. Would never go back.
Dr. Armendariz listens, takes a conservative yet open approach to a patient’s care. I highly recommend him for his expertise and caring nature that we often miss in the medical industry. I’m so glad I found him !
Dr.Arnendariz is a great surgeon. However if you are looking for empathy you will not find it here. Feel confident in his ability but do not expect anything more.
the most pompus non friendly member of the TOCA staff. He was rude, non caring rough charged for injection he could not complete. he said my anatomy was weird. I would not sent a criminal on death row to him!
Dr. Armendariz is great at what he does and always friendly. He answers any questions I have and has great suggestions for how I can keep my feet healthy.
Dr. Armenderez is a great doctor, surgeon & human being. He is well liked & respected by other doctors, operating room nurses, surgical scrub technicians and ancillary staff. He's got the brains, the know-how and is decent & caring. He has treated me a few times & I've followed him to two different locations & have been impressed by his staff too. A great bunch of people.
