knowledgable, kind and friendly. He actually spends time with his patients to answer their questions and concerns.
After waiting for 2 months to see him this morning we were told at the office that they're not accepting our Blue Shield PPO plan, per office admin the group only takes specific B.S. plans, after asking why we were not asked at the time of scheduling why the office did not ask for an insurance ID, I was given a very generic answer that she does not know what happened. Total waste of time!!! Truly unprofessional and unnecessary.

Dr. Dikranian is good. His back-office staff that handles scheduling and billing does a very poor job and lacks professionalism. Visiting Dr. Dikranian can be very stressful as is, but having a staff that does not effectively communicate, provide scheduling confirmations, double books patients and does not invoice timely really adds to the overall stress. I would recommend finding a different doctor.

I love both doctors are amazing the father and son both I can't thank them enough for saving my fathers life and always taking enough time to explain and go over every detail answer questions and returns phone calls same day depending on how urgent I use to get doctor on ph within minutes if needed I recommend this doctor to anyone and. I'm so blessed to have him as a doctor bless him and his family always thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a wonderful caring person and doctor??
Dr. Dikranian is a soft spoken, patient, experienced, highly trained and professional. I have been his patient for the last two years. The best urologist you can find on this planet!!!
Dr. Armen Dikranian is a very kind, gentle and empathetic doctor. Neither I nor my husband ever feel rushed when we have an appointment with him. He takes his time and explains things to us in a manner that we can understand. We highly recommend him.
