The best massage experience I’ve ever had. I left feeling noticeably looser with far better shoulder mobility than before. I highly recommend coming here, and I’ll be booking all my future sessions with them.
Had the most amazing experience today! Best massage I have had in a long time. Loved how she added in stretching and checked in if the pressure was ok. I scheduled a sport recovery package very last minute in hopes of relieving my IT band and hip pain. I highly recommend Armel on this service. I woke up feeling so much better and had more fluid movement than the day before. It's not completely gone but with this type of muscle tension it will take further stretching and reflexology in another week.
