Shared a picture of what I wanted my braid to look like. I took an appointment after that because I had a wedding to attend. Didn't fully understand and she put lot of gel in my hair even though the middle braid did not require that. She wasted my 40 minutes and I walked out without a braid.. I was so upset. I came home and had to wash my hair to remove the excessive gel before I could fix my hair for an event Very unprofessional

Did my braids here. Even though the were nicely done, the pain and soreness of the sculp has been there for about 3 weeks, had to take some pain relief meds. I also do recommend the workers to undergo some customer care course because the lady who braided my hair was usually on the phone and was talking too loudly whilst doing my hair. I found it too unpleasant and disturbing.

One star for her being nice. However, there were a multitude of issues and ultimately my money was wasted. I hate leaving bad reviews but the customers need to know! I wish I had known… Do not waste your time or money. She didn’t do the style I wanted. The braids were so tight that my scalp was pulsing and in pain. After one day my edges were already breaking because she did all the braids extremely tight and braided my edges instead of laying them. I had to take out the braids after just two days.
