Strike three & out! No consideration, respect or professionalism! Got the quote to plumb a tankless water heater. Given an appointment time...(Day 1): waited, waited then texted, moved time back. Waited, waited- no show. Rebooked for the following day. (Day 2) appointment time came and left? Texted with a response, "it will happen, trust me"; 5 hrs later, no show. Showed up clean and on time.
Unprofessional, unreliable and complete waste of time. Ordered faucets through Amazon Prime, they set up a local plumber. Didn't receive confirmation appointment call from Armed Forces, but since this was through Amazon felt it would be reliable could not have been more wrong. Impossible to get a live person, endless recording loop. I would give negative stars if at all possible. Called Amazon directly to lodge complaint and recommend they drop this plumber from their recommended trades list. Gives Amazon a bad name.
Armed Forces Plumbing, veteran owned, the original artistry of advertisment on this companies van caught my eye so I gave them a call. What a difference compared to other large local plumbing businesses! The service was personable, honest, experienced, clean up was amazing and the price was fair. I would definately use this company again and have referred to all of my friends! Thank you Craig for representing your military background of ethics and providing a great service to our community.
