Have had several oil changes here, and they had always been great! Had a recall, and they were willing to get it in, but when I got it back the inside of my door was dented in, and scratched up pretty good. They fixed it and made it look right enough, but were not pleasant on the phone with my husband, and tried to claim damage was done by seatbelt. Was searching for a Ford Edge and the right one popped up at Armbruster. The sales team, and owner were very helpful, worked around my schedule to open up on a Saturday afternoon. Would make the 8 hour round trip to purchase another one from them in a heartbeat. They went above and beyond to get recalls taken care of as well. Greatly appreciate the effortless buying process!
Even though they were short handed on a Friday afternoon, my oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner and cheerfully!
