Theyre quick, professional, get me an appointment quickly, and their partnership with the fleet company is seamless. The waiting area is always well stocked with drinks & snacks and its quiet enough for me to get some work done while I wait. Thank you!
Customer service with servicing is amazing. We just had an experience and it was wonderful, completely made right and then some. While you hope you never have something go wrong during a service appointment, machines are not infallible and neither are humans. But the ease of having it dealt with and the customer service has made us willing to continue coming back.
