Customer service with servicing is amazing. We just had an experience and it was wonderful, completely made right and then some. While you hope you never have something go wrong during a service appointment, machines are not infallible and neither are humans. But the ease of having it dealt with and the customer service has made us willing to continue coming back.

Have had several oil changes here, and they had always been great! Had a recall, and they were willing to get it in, but when I got it back the inside of my door was dented in, and scratched up pretty good. They fixed it and made it look right enough, but were not pleasant on the phone with my husband, and tried to claim damage was done by seatbelt.
