I’ve bought multiple pieces from here and no more from here on out. Everytime I come in I’m never greeted I have to be the one to initiate conversation with staff. My partner got me a gold necklace and I felt it was to short for my liking so I took it back for an exchange and come to find out they oversold us the wrong necklace because it wasn’t 18 inches it was 16 inches long.
