On February 20, I mailed three inexpensive watches to Armbruster Jewelers to have the batteries replaced in them. I wrote a note inside explaining what I needed, and my name, address and phone. An Associate named DONNA is the one who answered the phone. She was extremely helpful and courteous. She was the one who suggested that I could mail my watches to Armbruster Jewelers, instead of driving the 20 mile distance to them. Went to get a new battery on my watch. Took 5 minutes. Reasonable price. They even took the time to set my watch to the accurate time, only noticed when I got home and went to set it. Glad I stopped in!
If you’re looking for a great jeweler, you can stop looking. Armbruster Jewelers is it. I am so happy I found them! I had a unique situation where my center diamond fell out of my wedding ring. When I called the insurance to open a claim, they offered me a payout of significantly less money to replace the original diamond than what we had payed for it.
