I was looking for a serious gym for the right kind of culture the right kind of people who are determined to reach a major goal and I found it in this gym it is fantastic. I live in Lone Tree and I Drive all the way out to Wheat Ridge to work out in this kind of environment. I needed an old school bone-crushing gym to help me reinvent myself the way that I want to be.
Just started training here and I love it. Such a different feel from other gyms
