Went in for a replacement watch band; staff was very polite and provided quick, efficient service!
Absolutely lovely experience. Prices were very good. Service was fast. They were very nice.
Great little shop I've been to a couple times. Latest time for a grandmother clock repair. A microscopic pendulum "spring" had broken on my clock and I brought in the broken piece intending to ask if they could do a house call and fix this type of clock (they can). Instead, they sold me the replacement piece and talked me into trying the repair myself (successfully!). I'm sure that saved me a ton of time and money and I appreciate their help and expertise!
