Came in for a battery replacement and size adjustment. The back of my watch was scratched with the battery replacement. I asked if that was normal with the procedure and she said “well I’m using tools” Both of the women were quite unpleasant. Keep in mind this is a brand new $220 watch.

Such friendly people. They fixed my watch battery and i was out of there in no time
Great customer service from Armato's. I was able to open my wife's Timex Indiglo watch and replace the battery but could not get the "snap on" back to seat properly. Apparently this is a well known "bug" with Timex watches. Instead of continuing to try to do it myself and probably crack or damage the watch in the process I called Armato's. The lovely ladies at Armato's were able to use a special press to reseat the back of my wife's watch for only $5.00. Great customer service and I will definitely be back!
