I am paralyzed and went in to get a battery for my $20 watch and they said $25 for a battery. I told them I’ve been paying $10 and then the last time they raised it it was 15. How did it get to 25 and she didn’t care
Came in for a battery replacement and size adjustment. The back of my watch was scratched with the battery replacement. I asked if that was normal with the procedure and she said “well I’m using tools” Both of the women were quite unpleasant. Keep in mind this is a brand new $220 watch.
Good staff, efficient & knowledgeable After 2 years of using a smart watch, I am back to proper watches; brought my battery ones in for replacement batteries 😊
