Excellent customer service and quality repairs. I had a ring re-sized after almost 30 years and it was repaired quickly, and now looks brand new! Thank you so much!
The owner replied to a bad review, the person who left the awful review is also a Vegan food restaurant. As someone who searches for new foods to try, we would never try her restaurant after the review she left for another small business. . Anyone business owner who walks into another small business and acts demanding and condescending needs to be asked to leave. The owner of the watch business has every right to defend his policies and refuse service. Be kinder to one another.
They are the only clock and watch repair company I'll go to. Great service and extremely fast.
