Purchases night vision. Turned it on and it worked. Put in on shelf. Pulled it back out 2 years later. No longer works (yes...tried everything with battery, leads, etc...). No longer warrantee. Products that go bad merely sitting on a shelf are not acceptable. Heaven forbid I used it or put it to the test. Armasight wants me to pay to fix it...don't know if I would ever throw good money at a junk product. Sad Company! Sad Products! Junk! Don't buy anything from them.

I purchased an expensive Armasight thermal rifle scope ($6000) that was supposed to include a number of accessories (all listed in the description) but mine arrived​ missing half of these important items. I contacted Optics Planet & they sent me to the manufacturer for help. Armasight (Flir) company said the retailer was at fault & to get help there. Over a year I called and emailed both companies multiple times telling my troubles & asking for help getting what I'd paid for, but both of them failed to get me my accessories ... read more

EXCELLENT!!! I was searching for a very specialized product and was getting quite confused as to the different technologies and numerous different models of the product I was looking for.
