This company advertises on their website that they are open 24 /7 however, this is not true. I called on Sunday due to my brand new AC outdoor unit purchased through them failing. The on call tech Matt was extremely rude. I could tell he was just inconvenience that he had to leave his home on the weekend and did not want to. Didn't get the job done. AC still doesn't work.... Avoid.
