This company poses as a furnace repair technician. They charged me just to come and visit (no inspection, cleaning, nothing). Said they would come back and go on the roof when the weathers nicer. I called when the weather was better and asked if they’re coming back. They came back and same thing charged me to come visit and did nothing, literally (well except billing me twice for no service).

I live in North Ridgeville and called here since they are local to get my air conditioner cleaned and have it looked at for an issue that started happening at the end of last summer. I called a couple weeks ago talked to a very nice older woman she took down all my information and set me up for an appointment the Friday before Memorial Day. Jim and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our furnace heater. Was able to get scheduled in and his workers were always courteous and professional. Highly recommended for any of your HVAC needs.

Excellent professional service! Good honest company. Came out to fix my AC and it was only a smart part. My Bill was around a 100... AND the guy had to go back to the shop for the part. So refreshing to have good honest contractors still! 🥰
