We have been without a dryer for two weeks due to their lack of knowledge. Armao’s came out the first week of March because our two year old dryer wasn’t producing heat, they replaced the coils and went on their merry way. A month later, our dryer is without heat again. They sent Jerry out to fix it, he said it was the motherboard so he ordered the part and came back a week later to install the new motherboard but that wasn’t the issue. RecommendedWe had to call for our dryer to be repaired today...but, it was time to retire the old machine! However, Nick, our service repairman, was amazingly professional, helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you for offering your fellow neighbors the BEST SERVICE EVER!!
They do a great job. Have used them for years on just about all of our appliances - refrigerators, washing machine, dishwasher.
Jerry came out to look at my refrigerator. Took the back off and checked the relay. Told me nothing wrong charged me $70 so my husband could come home to a fridge sitting at 45 degrees - he googles the issue and proceeded to fix the issue himself. Why pay someone t do nothing??? My husband calls and is pretty much told sorry not sorry and Jerry is just temporary help...complete waste of our time and money.....
