Had a great truck rental experience. Super quick and easy, and very friendly.
Good people, bought a truck from 4 states away, they happily held it on the lot for me. After fighting with transport company for 2 weeks, wife and I just went and got it ourselves. Checked the fluids, drove it right off the lot, through the Rockies 1200 miles home and didn't have a single problem.
Returned a rental truck there that was a little short of a full tank and Mr. Armantrout was very cordial and understanding and assured me that it can be taken out of my deposit and to come by tomorrow as he was closing shop. I already like it here better than where I moved from about 260 miles East away. When I am in the market again for a truck or van I will definitely check with him first.
Professionalism is hilarious on the other reviews! This place is literally a junk pile. Inside is a hoarders trove of garbage piled half way to the ceiling. Multiple cats living inside. I was only there to pick up a rental but the guy was no help at all. The way he stayed asleep behind his desk while the world's oldest and loudest printer printed off my receipt is a true testament to the professionalism found here!
