YIKES.. I specifically noted in my booking that I had SNS dip currently on my hands. I show up & the nail tech (Katrina) didn’t know how to remove them, she filed them and put these little cotton pads w acetone on them. Then after some time “soaking” she pushed the product off with a wooden stick. I told her how they normally remove them but she stated they don’t do soak offs.
