First time eating here. Had the spaghetti with meat sauce as a lunch "special". Not much of a special at $10. There was about a 1/4 inch of water left in my bowl when I got finished and the "meat" sauce was mainly tomato chunks. I was told by a friend this place was owned by the same people that own Fernanda's in Thomson. If this is true, they have a long way to go. I have never had a bad experience at Fernanda's. Service wasn't that great either.
Just go... Great food.!!!!!! Whoever's making the pizza tonight ,really took me home . Great 16 inch for $12.00 plus two toppings.... Very impressed! We had pepperoni half sausage 😋.. amazing
My first experience was about two weeks ago. I walked in and was immediately greeted and in a welcoming atmosphere. Armando introduced himself personally as a good local business man should. He gave me free drinks with my take out order and then ended up adding a free piece of cheesecake with it. Very friendly staff. Food was delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back to try their NY style pizza.
Recently ordered my food off of waitr today. The chicken parm was burnt, I thought they gave my husband beef. I ordered Gigi's fettuccini alfredo. It had very little broccoli, mushroom, and minced chicken (I still have no clue as to why it was minced like canned chicken). The stuffed mushrooms were smaller than the kid's popcorn shrimp. Food was also too greasy and bland. Would never recommend. Will never try again. It is a shame to Italian-American cuisine.
We love Armandos! As soon as we walk in the door we are always treated like family! Everything is cooked to order to ensure freshness. Their food is fresh and great! We highly recommend Armandos for any occasion!
I met Armando at the restaurant a few weeks ago. I told him we were new to the neighborhood and he then brought us multiple DELICIOUS desserts to try on the house. The blueberry cheesecake is AMAZING. The pizza is absolutely incredible too!!! We go at least once a week to get the" forget about it." Please do yourself a favor and go try it asap. You. won't. regret. it.
We have always loved this place. We were sorry to see the Evans location close. We love the Grovetown location. They DELIVER!!! They are also on the Waiter App. I’m obsessed with that app. If it has been a rough day, had a sick kid, or just don’t feel like cooking Armandos through the app is there to help.
