Cook your food people! Be sanitary I went there today. It was one of the worst choices. I ordered sea food and so did one of the people who went with me. Both our meals were over cooked. It was the worst experience. The food being over cooked is not the only reason. After eating the rubber they called food then spitting it back in my plate an saying I don't want it. The waiter told me it was under cooked but it's not it was over he offered to get the food fully cooked for me or get me new food, I said no I don't feel comfort... read more

How can you give it two stars? How could anyone put a 2 star on Armandos! The food is great and the people are so nice as well. What place can you go to that has everything on the menu and changes specials as often as they do. Not many places to eat between Newtown and Danbury that is great to go to when you don't want to cook. We love it there and now they have botchiball in the back. What's to complain about! I look forward to Mothers Day that's where we will be.

Inconsiderate Wife My wife and I went to Armando's in Bethel on Saturday March 6th and there was a 20 minute wait since they did not take reservations. As we were waiting other people came in after us and also put their names on the list. Another group of two that came in after us were seated by the wife of Armando before us. When his wife came back to the main desk I had asked her if that group of two had reservations. She said no but they knew Armando so she seated them before us. Good experience We Had A Bridal Shower At Armandos FOR 35 PEOPLE. THE FOOD/APPETIZERS AND WAITSTAFF WERE EXCELLENT. EVERYONE ENJOYED THEIR MAIN COURSE AND COMMENTED ON HOW THEY WOULD LIKE TO COME BACK AGAIN FOR DINNER. A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

Eating dirt! I was very disusted at the response from the manager after my complaint. During a recent visit for a family dinner I ordered the days special, risotto with truffle butter and mushrooms. I did enjoy it until I ate a scoop of dirt. Chewing dirt was a horrible experience which did not go away for an hour, like eating food that dropped at the beach. Awesome Pizza, Outstanding service Our business regularly orders pizzas (12 & 14 pies at a time) and Chef Armando & crew have never disappointed us. Piping hot and ready when we arrived, big bang for your buck in a tight economy. We have a lot of discerning palates to please, and their gourmet pizza toppings make my job easy. Staff is always courteous, carting food to the car, making sure we have everything we need. We look forward to the next company pizza party!

New place, same old food. They had just moved to a new location with a great atmosphere, but sadly, the food never improved. The prices reflect the atmosphere more than the quality of the food. The service is mediocore, and you end up paying more than you should. There are other restaurants in the area that are much better. Keep looking.
