Horrible customer service. I've been seeing Dr Aramando Wu for a few months now. After waiting 45 minutes for him to arrive in the room, he rushed me, indicating he has more clients. I said I understand but I waited for my appointment and I would like to ask my questions. He rushed me, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. It was not me that saw Dr. Wu - it was my husband. We wish we would have read the Google reviews before - our experience was somewhat very similar to them...
I wanted a simple referral to a urologist. I chose Dr Wu because he was the next available appointment at Perlman Clinic in La Jolla. I should have known I made a mistake from the start. Before even seeing Dr Wu, I filled out a ton of paperwork (including THREE entire pages of depression questions). Maybe Dr Wu does not know the difference between urology and psychiatry. terrible experience with Dr. Wu, his demeanor and lack of empathy or care made me feel worse about my situation leaving my appointment than when i arrived
Dr. Wu was dismissive and unprofessional, clearly not understanding the value of telehealth to assist navigating a complicated health care system. Absolute waste of time and money.
