After I have a health issue, that I had to call 911, after have all normal vital signals and EKG, I did not go to Hospital, and next day I went with my Doctor for more than 15 years, and after review an EKG with the one of my cardiology, he suggest to go to Emergency to be checked,... I did, and after many labs, xray, ekg, the Doctor found everything under 'normal conditions', because I have Quadruple Bypass since 2000 and Pacemaker since 2023,...

Regrettably, my recent experience with Dr. Armando J Jarquin at Provincial was disappointing. Appointments were not honored on time, and the staff, particularly Sonia, displayed rudeness. Improvement is needed in their punctuality and professionalism. The experience has left me with a sense of frustration and reluctance to return to this clinic in the future. I have been going to see Dr. Jarquin for 20 years. He is very knowledable and always takes the time to explain things clearly. He truly cares about he's patients. Highly recommend.
Zero Stars! Overall the staff is rude every single time. They must be related to the dr because there is no way this staff should have a job when paying patients come in for help. I don’t recommend.
I cant express how unprofessional this staff is.. the lady that answers the phone can be more professional. very disappointed with the services I got over the phone can just image the actual service the dr gives.. the staff represents the Dr. & they give him a very BAD reputation.
