Vince sold my condo a two years ago and did a great job -- in a tough market he got top dollar. He helped decide on which upgrades were needed, then setup some great contractors. Within a few weeks, the condo shaped up to show well and sell quick. His his very astute market analysis (buyers and competition) help me hold out for the right price. His ability to negotiate with the buyers agents insured we were making the right decisions. After a few weeks, we got the right price. Vince is the best. I highly recommend him.
