Unfortunately, I cant give any stars for this practice due to the incident where the staff assumed my child's weight was severely under where it should be. The doctor believed the staffs measurements and ordered several tests and required we see a specialist and possibly hospitalize our daughter. We got a scale that day and found her weight didn't match the doctors office at all. After this occurrence we will never use Orlando health again. Not one experience with Orlando health was positive.
The drs are great but they need alot more people at the desks in the front including the scheduling desks. I've called numerous times and was put on hold then hung up on. Then I'd call back and no answer. Then I'd call, asked what I need when I press 1 for my scheduling needs, then being told to wait then the electric lady comes on and tells me that they're unable to take my call. This is just ridiculous.
Dr Gonzales is amazing!
