I had the claws repaired not even a year ago and one claw totally came off and my diamond fell out and is lost. Now cost me a lot of money to replace it and repair the claws. Also the claws were done in a different colour gold and didn’t match my ring. Do not go here.
I don’t usually leave any type of review for places I visit but I think the way I was treated and blatantly lied to when I went here to sell gold is well worth leaving a bad review. TLDR: very rude, take your business elsewhere. They will try to convince you your gold is not the karat it says it is and if you push back against what they say they’ll just tell you it’s not real gold. Best place to fix your jewellers
TLDR; such a bad experience with this place. Rude/passive aggressive customer service. If you haven't been here; you have to wait for them to unlock their door to let you in and you're pretty much locked in the store. (which is fine and understandable, with all the robberies happening around.) So I knock and a sales person came and unlocked and opened the door.
