It was hug spiders all in the storage. I left my crock pot outside the storage it was raining I came back it was gone. Also I tried calling and coming to the office both times no one answered and no one was there

American Storage has great customers service, the storage units are neat and clean, I recommended My best friend and he has a unit for his motorcycle.
Jennifer was very amazing and such a blessing to me. She really went above and beyond to help find me a unit that would work well with me and helped me with a reasonable price. She was kind, provided detailed information about the units, and provided wonderful customer service. The unit is very nice and spacious.
So far, has been decent other than a few issues. Overall, decent if you're in a pinch for quick easy online storage process. Also, Jennifer will work with you if ya get behind etc. I've been with them for awhile. Haven't had any issues in awhile either so hope it stays that way.
