Our business works with them regularly, and they’re always friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. They are absolutely the best place I’ve ever rented from, Bev and Babs and Susan are three of the best ladies I’ve ever known, I can’t say enough about them, I would advise anyone that needs a rental give them a call. Their wonderful ladies.
I've rented from them for 1.5 years and they have raised my rent by a total of $185 already. They give you two weeks decide whether to renew lease with the raised rent too so that's nice
If they are siting Covid as the reason for their apps first before viewing policy, then why are they still doing it now. It is 2024. No one is isolating anymore, there is no lockdown anymore. Many other companies are not doing it, and I’ll bet if you show up to this viewing they won’t be wearing masks or anything. Does the application ask you to take a Covid test? As a renter on a tight budget, who has burned before by scams, giving out my personal information to people I haven’t met for a property I haven’t seen is sketchy.... read more
