I call this business at 12 o'clock requesting for someone to come out and look at my property in the same neighborhood in which this business exist. Well when I called I was transferred three times because no one knew if their company could take out a tub, so they told me that will call me back which was around 12:35. No one calles me back until 3:50 (knowing they closed at 5) and I told them that I am a TEACHER and I did get off work until 4:30 and i could meet them 5 o'clock which the plumber agreed.
