Jay Installed my cameras. He was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend his services.
I call your business to replace some smoke detectors. I gave all to details to the person I made the arrangements with to come out. The technician cane unprepared for the job and traveled from West Palm. And would have had to go get proper equipment to service the ones that were on the 14 foot high ceilings. I gave that information when I made the appointment. You company was not able to do the job. I gave the one star based on the time I lost making the appointment and not get service. Jay was extremely detailed in his work and was always very responsive. The cameras at our house work perfectly and are so easy to work with. Highly recommend working with Jay.
My old system he Installed, a storm knocked out my the dvr so we call him, n he came within a few day ,after ordering material, it took one day to install
