After getting a response to my previous review asking me to "contact Alisa from our Quality Management Team" so that you could address my concerns and personally show me your "commitment to 5-star quality" all I got was the more of the runaround, unreturned phone calls, and even more of the bad service that prompted me to give you a 1-star review in the first place, which has only proven to me how little you care abou customer service. I wish I could give lower than 1 star, but I can't so here goes. I honestly can't believe what I've been through over the past several weeks trying to get service through this company who obviously don't give hoots and can't be bothered acting professionally. I talked to probably about 7 different people -- it was a different person returning my call every time. Seriously, if you care about your loved ones and want to get proper homecare for them, DO NOT LOOK HERE.
I have been really frustrated with this company for so many reasons. They are so unorganized in billing and customer service. I have been struggling to get my account taken care of for more than a year for only two visits that I didn’t even want and that no one can even figure out how much would cost me. It’s impossible to pay a bill on the phone for the correct amount. I am really tired of trying to deal with them and I would not recommend them to anyone.
I has spinal fusion surgery on 5/2021 and I've had inconsistent therapy. Missing weeks at a time and the company doesn't seem to care. I hear that this isn't the only time this company provided inconsistent therapy. Due to the inconsistency of the therapy I'm not as well as I should be.
So unprofessional. Can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. Employees have no customer service experience. Just a total embarrassment. Train your staff, answer your calls and just do better Armada!! Or don't and patients will continue to go elsewhere.
