Went in there today Absolutely disrespectful attitudes, did nothing but glare at me and talk to me while punching their hands together. Most horrible customer service I have ever had!! There is nothing worse than being talk to disrespectfully in front of your kids!!!!!!!!!!! Tried to call to talk to a manager cus I don’t wanna go back if that’s how I’m going to get treated but no one wants to answer the phones.
Worst customer service and people ever. Save your receipts because they will claim you owe more and take you to court
They sent 1 letter for a bill I had no idea I had from 2 years ago. When I finally got to the bottom of it with the everett clinic (who is awful awful awful but that's a whole other thing) I called armada. When I asked why it took them 2 years to contact me, they said they sent 1 letter 2 years ago. I never received a letter from them. Did they actually send it?
