Office staff was very not very helpfull !!!
First and foremost, Joanne the customer service rep is horrible! She doesn't allow you to talk, she's incompetent at best, rude at worst. This company is nothing but a ripp off! The Rep Joe who delivered the equipment evidently is just as bad. He said reach out to him when we were ready for the equipment to be picked up, so we did and he never responded. We called the company and somoene always had to call us back and they never did. Finally someone picked up the 1 piece of equipment months later and I get a bill for $950.
DO NOT under any circumstances buy or rent equipment from this company. To say their employees, specifically Joanne, are incompetent is an insult to incompetency. At least incompetent people try! My husband left the hospital after shoulder surgery with an ice machine rented from Armac, the rental was paid upfront. I returned it after the 90-day rental and have proof. Very professional, caring no waiting, and great orthotics, recomended.
D- on BBB for a reason. Scam company that sells products at 500-1000% mark up versus the same products on Amazon. The price is not listed at purchase and they claim it's covered by insurance. You will receive a bill for the actual price in the mail months after use. They have a no refund policy.
